At Acer Healthcare We Agree A Care Plan Which Details Exactly What You Have Agreed With Us During The First Visit. This Is The Worklist For The Care Staff For Each Visit. Care Plans Can Be Modified If You Think You Need To Change The Tasks That The Care Staffs Do During The Visits.

This Will Depend On The Number Of Visits You May Receive. We At Acer Healthcare Will All That Is Possible To Have Your Regular Care Staff To Ensure That You Receive Continuity Of Care. But In The Care Of Emergency And Care Staff Holidays, We Will Have A Replacement Staff. This Will Be Communicated To You From The Office.

This Depends On Who Is Paying For The Care. We Agree On The Terms Before We Start The Package. We Will Initiate A Bill For The Care Or Service Twice Each Month. If You Wish To Pay By Standing Order (to Save You Having To Remember To Write Out A Cheque) Just Let Us Know. BACs Transfer Or Cheques Are Other Methods Of Payments

We Are Open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. There Is An Out Of Hours Service For Any Urgent Issues About Your Care, Manned Daily Between 7am to 10pm. The Service Is Available Between 7am And 10pm Seven Days Per Week.
